Story

Meet Adaś

Adaś was born with oxygen deprivation. He spent his first weeks in intensive care, and a few months later we heard the diagnosis that changed our lives.

Today he is 5 years old, loves cartoons about a puppy and laughs out loud when his dad tosses him in the air. But daily life means hours of exercises — because every movement has to be earned from scratch.

We believe consistent rehabilitation will give him maximum independence. And we are doing everything to make it happen.

Diagnosis cerebral palsy, four-limb form (spastic tetraplegia)

  3. Paste the earmark: Adam Lipiński 433/L
    Without it the money reaches the foundation but not Adaś.

The earmark is not verified by the tax office. If you forget it, your 1.5% goes to the foundation's general budget — so it must appear in the EARMARK field.

We don't collect to a private account. Here's exactly where the money goes.

All donations with the note 433/L go to a dedicated foundation sub-account. Funds are released only against invoices for Adaś's rehabilitation. The parents cannot use them privately.
